Being the Director of Media Construction Mrs. Varsha Udawant joined the company in 1992. She is primarily into marketing, sales, and finance. Proper briefing to the clients is essential as far as the construction projects are concerned. She possesses managerial expertise and has in-depth knowledge of client interactions. Varsha always believe in doing the basics right, in order to deliver better .
Ar. Sagar Udawant
Director
Sagar Udawant is Director cum Partner in Media Construction. Graduated in the year 2016 from Sinhgad College of Architecture, he aims to visualize architecture with modern techniques. His prowess in architecture has helped him win numerous accolades during his graduation. He was awarded the first rank holder in the institute for his hard work and dedication. Practiced under Pune's renowned architects like Shashank Phadke and Prakash Kulkarni, he joined the company in 2017. His research-oriented attitude coupled with architectural aesthetics has made his every project to stand out uniquely.
Sagar is also the proprietor of a firm ‘Arc Atelier’ that works as an in-house architectural department in the company. Arc Atelier caters to all professional activities required to render a space.
Rishab Udawant
Director
Rishab Udawant is director cum partner in Media Construction. He completed his B.E from PVPIT, Pune. Soon after graduation in 2018, he now looks after the entire civil work department of the company. His ambition lies in eliminating all the impediments from the process of construction. Under his comprehensive supervision, the management of Media Construction has performed all civil work with precision and accuracy. He is one of the pillars behind the massive success of civil projects under Media Construction.
Grishma Udawant
Director
Grishma Udawant is a Partner in Media Construction. Being the accounts and admin head of the company she looks after the entire administration and front office work. She joined the company back in 2017. Under her reliable attitude, the entire admin staff tends to work as a team performing at their best to serve the needs of every customer. Her contribution to company has resulted in improvising the hospitality & services of the company.
Kshitija Udawant
Director
Kshitija Udawant is also a Partner in Media Construction. After completing her Post Graduation in MBA(Marketing), she joined the company in 2018. She looks after the Sales Department of the company with her marketing skills. Under her marketing supervision, the company is capable of handling all sorts of customer queries and feedback. Her gentle nature and responsive behavior have helped the company to improve the services and fulfill different customer requirements.
